Picture yourself working at Camping La Quercia, a renowned holiday village situated directly on the shores of stunning Lake Garda. This isn't your average summer job, it's a dynamic entertainment role where every day brings something different, from leading energetic kids through Mini Club activities to hosting Happy Disco evenings that guests will remember for years.
The All-Round Entertainer will contribute to daily guest activities and support the entertainment program in the following areas:

- Mini Club and Junior Club activities
- Sports tournaments
- Sports courses: tennis, football, archery, canoeing, windsurfing, swimming, fitness
- Evening entertainment such as Happy Disco and participation in shows

What you bring
- Minimum age of 18 years old (essential)
- EU citizenship or valid residence permit for working in Italy (mandatory)
- Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of English language (essential)
- Knowledge of at least one additional language: Italian, German, Dutch, or Danish (essential)
- Previous experience in animation, sports instruction, or childcare (appreciated but not essential)
- Availability for minimum 2 months between March and October 2026
- Enthusiasm for working with children and families
- Ability to work as part of an international team
- Physical fitness and energy to handle varied daily activities
- Confidence performing in front of groups and on stage
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain energy throughout the season
- Sports skills or willingness to learn various sports activities
- Creativity in developing engaging entertainment programs
What you do
- Lead daily Mini Club and Junior Club activities for children of various ages
- Organize and run sports tournaments for camping guests
- Teach sports courses including tennis, football, archery, swimming, and fitness
- Instruct water sports activities such as canoeing and windsurfing (if qualified)
- Create and deliver engaging entertainment programs throughout the day
- Host and participate in evening entertainment shows and performances
- Run the popular Happy Disco for kids and families
- Engage with guests of all nationalities and age groups in a friendly, professional manner
- Coordinate with the entertainment team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Set up and maintain activity areas and equipment
- Promote upcoming activities and encourage guest participation
- Ensure safety standards are maintained during all activities
