Job description

Take on the role of operator at a well-known Dutch production company, working in a shift rotation. You'll be stationed at the heart of the manufacturing process: preparing material blends, configuring molding equipment to tight tolerances and carrying out quality inspections to guarantee flawless output. Your workstation rotates weekly, so every week brings fresh challenges routine doesn't get a chance to set in.

This position is designed for people who want more than a seasonal job abroad. We're looking for operators who commit for a minimum of 9 months and are open to building a future here. That loyalty pays off: after nine months you collect a bonus of €1,500, and from there the path to a permanent contract is wide open. On top of your base pay you receive a shift allowance that raises your earnings significantly, and housing is arranged at a fair rate so you can focus on the job from day one.

Ready for a new opportunity? Apply today!

What you bring

  • An MBO3 qualification in a technical direction, or a recognised equivalent diploma from your home country
  • A minimum commitment of nine months, with candidates aiming for a permanent position strongly preferred
  • Open to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekend shifts as a standard part of the schedule
  • A practical feel for technical work and machinery, whether that comes from formal training or hands-on experience on the job
  • Functional English, enough to coordinate clearly with colleagues

What you do

  • Work as part of the production crew in a continuous 5-shift rotation (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00), covering nights and weekends as a standard part of the schedule
  • Operate blending equipment to combine raw inputs into semi-finished products according to precise recipes and specifications
  • Set up, fine-tune, and monitor moulding machines so every item comes off the line within the required tolerances
  • Run ongoing quality control checks throughout your shift, catching deviations before they become problems further down the line
  • Rotate between workstations weekly, building broad hands-on knowledge of the full production chain rather than mastering just one task
  • Coordinate closely with teammates to keep output steady and hit the production targets set for each shift

What you get

  • A shift allowance paid automatically on top of your base wage for every shift worked in the rotation, giving your overall earnings a significant boost
  • A €1,500 loyalty bonus after nine months for those who commit and perform
  • Housing arranged at a fair rate, so you can focus on the job from day one without sorting accommodation yourself
  • Transport covered and relocation costs reimbursed depending on your point of departure, keeping the barrier to actually going as low as possible
  • A realistic path to a permanent contract for operators who prove themselves during the assignment
  • A rotating workstation model that keeps the work varied and steadily builds a broad technical skill set across the full production line
  • Room to grow through training and development within the company
