Job description

Our estate in Slovenia consists of 5 guesthouses, a restaurant/bar and a 5.5 hectare garden with swimming pool and vegetable garden. Every summer (mostly Dutch) families and peace seekers settle down here to celebrate their vacations. We are looking for an all-rounder with an eye for detail to make season 2026 a success.

Our estate in Bohor
Area after Skaluc covers 56,000 m2, most of which is forest and meadow. On the inhabited part there are a number of buildings in which the guesthouses and the restaurant are located. The panoramic garden faces south and the showpiece here is the swimming pool. The estate is located in a beautiful and rural region in southeastern Slovenia. It is an authentic region that sees very few tourists. The climate is a lot sunnier than in the Netherlands. You live outside all day here.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an early bird to take care of the daily breakfast buffet and connect the cleaning of apartments. It is also possible to apply with 2 people but we have enough with 1 person full time because we also assist ourselves with the mentioned tasks. The tasks in bold are the main daily tasks. The other tasks are minor or incidental.

What you bring

  • Socially skilled & spontaneous to guests

  • Ability to own motorhome or car & tent is a plus (you live on the campground)

  • Available from June 15 - September 15 
  • Present a week early (set up, get to know you)

What you do

breakfast
  • Identifying who will be joining us for dinner
  • Cleaning the swimming pool
  • Checking the bathing water (inside and outside)
  • Polishing the apartments
  • Doing laundry
  • Small maintenance
  • Mowing the grass (+/- every 5 days, depending on the weather)
  • Keeping the vegetable garden in order
  • Tending to animals (chickens, mouflons)
  • Primming
  • Harvesting fruit
  • One-time assistance with evening service (2 evenings in June)
