Job description

Are you passionate about life on the water and looking for a summer season that combines your skills with adventure? We’re recruiting for a range of exciting watersports and marine positions, offering the opportunity to work with boats, support unforgettable guest experiences and explore some of Europe’s most beautiful coastal destinations.

Whether your expertise lies in sailing, boat handling, marine engineering or watersports, you’ll play an important role in delivering safe, enjoyable and memorable experiences for our guests. From skippering flotilla holidays and supporting guests on sailing adventures to maintaining boats and equipment or leading our Waterski & Wakeboard operation, each role combines practical skills, teamwork and a passion for life on the water.

We’re looking for confident, reliable and enthusiastic individuals who take pride in their work, understand the importance of safety and enjoy working in a hands-on, guest-focused environment. You’ll be comfortable taking responsibility, solving problems and working as part of an international team, while maintaining the high standards expected across our marine and watersports operations.

With a variety of positions available, there are opportunities for experienced skippers, aspiring sailing professionals, qualified engineers and passionate watersports specialists to put their skills into practice, develop their experience and enjoy an unforgettable summer season. Available positions for Summer 2027 include:

What you bring

  • Relevant RYA tickets for your role: Yachtmaster or Day Skipper for skippering positions, Powerboat Level 2 where boat handling's involved
  • VHF radio licence and a valid first aid certificate
  • STCW certification where the role requires it
  • Engineering or mechanical experience for the Engineer-Mechanic and Bosun roles, outboards and diesels specifically
  • Waterski/wakeboard coaching qualification for the Watersports Manager role
  • Confidence working with guests, solving problems on the spot, and staying calm on a turnaround day
  • A genuine willingness to learn if you're earlier in your marine career, especially for Mate positions

What you do

  • Skipper a flotilla through Greek islands or Croatian harbours, briefing the fleet each morning and calling the route
  • Support guests as a Flotilla Mate, from line-handling to local knowledge and a friendly face at the evening raft-up
  • Run day sails as Day Sail Skipper, handling guests who've never held a winch handle in their life
  • Keep engines running as a Flotilla or Shore-Based Engineer-Mechanic, diagnosing outboards and servicing diesels from a RIB with a toolbag
  • Work as Bosun, rigging, mooring, repairing tenders and fixing whatever's just snapped
  • Manage the Waterski & Wakeboard operation: boat maintenance, rota, bookings, safety sign-off and teaching nervous first-timers
  • Handle turnaround days, provisioning and the practical chaos that comes with a new set of guests every week

What you get

  • A season on the water from roughly April/May to October across Greek and Croatian destinations
  • Accommodation on board or in shared staff housing depending on your role
  • Food and travel arranged as part of your package
  • Logged sea miles and references that mean something in the yachting world
  • Days off built around lay days and rotation, not guesswork
  • A genuine route towards Yachtmaster, superyacht work or a wider marine career
  • A crew of like-minded people who've chosen the same slightly mad lifestyle as you
