Job description
As a staff member, you’ll organize fun activities for children ages 3 to 12 and care for infants and toddlers ages 0 to 3. You’ll also ensure that health and safety guidelines are always followed at the daycare center. During the first few weeks, you’ll complete paid training for this role.
Together with your colleagues, you’ll help create a fantastic vacation for the whole family. Take the kids to the disco, for example! Before you know it, you’ll be dancing on the dance floor with your new colleagues and the kids in your care! 🧡

What you bring
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Communicating and working with children are your strongest skills
- You would describe yourself as enthusiastic, creative, sincere, and helpful
- You speak German or have training/qualifications related to childcare
- You have a fun and lively personality and can work both independently and as part of an international team.
What you do
- Create and deliver a fun and exciting program for children ages 0–12
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
- Answer questions from parents/guardians and resolve issues
- Using your creativity to organize magical and age-appropriate activities at the Baby & Kids Club
- Participating in regular events such as dance nights during the mini-disco
