Job description

Our spas provide a relaxing escape for guests after a day on the slopes, adding a touch of luxury to every holiday experience. As a qualified Beauty Therapist, you’ll deliver exceptional treatments that help guests relax, restore, and revive throughout their stay.

Working with premium Temple Spa products, you’ll receive full product and treatment training to ensure you feel confident delivering outstanding guest experiences. Whether treating returning clients or first-time visitors, your professionalism and attention to detail will keep guests coming back for more.

This role is ideal for a confident therapist who enjoys working independently, thrives in a guest-focused environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

What you bring

  • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years' practical experience in a professional spa or salon
  • Confident across massage, facials, hot stone therapy and manicures/pedicures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine passion for health, wellness and guest care
  • Valid UK or EU passport and the right to work in the EU
  • Available for the full winter season, December to April
  • Experience with Temple Spa or another luxury product range, retail upselling and basic Excel are a bonus

What you do

  • Deliver massage, facials, hot stone therapy and manicures/pedicures to a consistently high standard
  • Manage the resort spa solo, including your own treatment diary and appointment bookings
  • Handle stock levels, retail displays and spa supplies
  • Use the spa POS system for bookings, sales and reporting
  • Follow health and safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures at all times
  • Build rapport with guests to encourage rebookings and repeat business
  • Promote spa services and retail products across the hotel, without being pushy about it
  • Work closely with the wider hotel team to keep the guest experience seamless
  • Report guest feedback and operational issues to your Spa or Hotel Manager
