As a Spa Therapist, you perform a variety of treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, tailored to guest needs and established protocols. You warmly welcome guests, provide consultations, and ensure a relaxing, personalized spa experience. You prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products to uphold the highest hygiene and presentation standards, while recommending suitable treatments and retail products to enhance the guest’s wellness journey. You also support the spa team by maintaining cleanliness, managing stock, and assisting colleagues as needed.
