Job description
Camping Birkelt in Luxembourg is looking for an experienced Shop Employee for the 2026 season. This full-time, fixed-term seasonal role is based in the campsite shop, a key facility for international guests, offering groceries, fresh bread, pastries, and daily essentials. Fluent English is mandatory due to the international clientele.
Your role focuses on customer service and retail operations: welcoming guests, advising on products, operating the till, handling cash and card payments, receiving and stocking deliveries, checking expiry dates, rotating stock (FIFO), and monitoring fridge/freezer temperatures. You’ll also be responsible for preparing bread and pastries, maintaining a clean and hygienic shop environment, and ensuring professional presentation at all times.

- Previous campsite shop experience ideal
- Retail experience in similar environments
- Bread and pastry preparation experience (considered specific asset)
