Job description

We’re now hiring Baristas, Bar Staff and Waiting Staff to join our 2026 F&B team - energetic, guest-focused people who love hospitality and thrive in a sociable, fast-paced environment.

About the Roles
As part of our F&B Team, you will work across a variety of outlets including Tasi, The Terraces, Mikro Nisi and The Deli Kitchen, as well as our Courtyard events and seasonal parties. Depending on your skills and experience, you may focus on barista work, bar service or waiting - but versatility is key, and the team rotates depending on the needs of the day.

Whether you’re serving coffees in the morning, shaking cocktails for a sunset event or running a buzzing lunch section, you’ll bring warmth, confidence and professionalism to every shift.

  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (required)
  • Barista or bar experience (desirable, not essential)
  • Available for the full season (May–October) or peak period (July & August)
  • EU passport holder

What you do

  • Build warm, genuine relationships with guests
  • Maintain excellent service standards at all times
  • Help set up, run and pack down weekly Courtyard events
  • Work collaboratively with FOH and kitchen teams
  • Support the overall operation of the club where needed
  • Prepare high-quality coffees and cold drinks using professional equipment (Barista)
  • Maintain a clean, organised coffee station (Barista)
  • Provide friendly, fast service during busy mornings (Barista)
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks (Bar staff)
  • Manage bar mise en place and stock rotation (Bar staff)
  • Maintain clean, well-presented bar areas (Bar staff)
  • Support the bar team during evening events (Bar staff)
  • Welcome guests and confidently manage your section (Waiting staff)
  • Take accurate orders and deliver polished, professional service (Waiting staff)
  • Provide informed menu and wine recommendations (Waiting staff)
  • Assist across all restaurants and events as needed (Waiting staff)
