We’re looking for talented and passionate people to join us for the upcoming season in Greece! If you're energetic, creative, and love making every moment unforgettable, we want YOU.

What you bring
- EU Nationality (mandatory requirement)
- Minimum 3 months availability (full season April-October 2026 preferred)
- Energetic, creative, and passionate personality
- Genuine enthusiasm for creating fun experiences
- Team player attitude and collaborative mindset
- Extroverted and comfortable engaging with international guests
- Physical fitness for active entertainment work
- Stress-resistant and calm during busy periods
- Flexible regarding schedule (camping hospitality rhythm)
- Multilingual abilities beneficial (salary increase potential)
- No experience required (training provided)
- Specific skills valued: fitness instruction, childcare experience, sports background, leadership
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Available from April 2026 (specific start dates vary)
- Age 18+ (implicit for seasonal work)
What you do
- Lead engaging activities and entertainment for resort guests
- Create fun, energetic atmosphere at Greek resort
- Organize and facilitate fitness classes, sports activities, or kids' programs
- Interact with international guests from various European countries
- Support team in delivering high-quality entertainment experiences
- Adapt entertainment programs to guest preferences and participation
- Maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude throughout busy seasons
- Work collaboratively with international entertainment team
- Ensure guest safety during all activities
- Contribute to overall resort atmosphere and guest satisfaction
- Participate in evening entertainment programs and themed events
- Build rapport with guests and create memorable holiday experiences
