As a pizza baker and chef, you'll combine two crafts: you'll create authentic pizzas with perfect bases and high-quality toppings, while preparing dishes from the restaurant menu according to technical specifications. Whether it's dine-in or take-away, you guard the same high standard of quality in taste, presentation and consistency.

Your day begins with careful mise-en-place: setting up the pizzeria, kitchen and take-away area, preparing ingredients and readying equipment for efficient service. You receive deliveries, check quality and ensure correct inventory management according to FIFO principles. You prepare daily specials, staff meals and occasional special dishes, keeping creativity and variety a regular part of your job.

Food safety is at the heart of everything you do. You keep temperature logs, manage traceability systems, apply HACCP accurately and ensure a spotless work environment. From equipment to work areas, your high hygiene standards ensure safety, efficiency and pride in your craft.
