Join us for the 2026 summer season on Lake Garda in Italy! 

We are looking for a qualified, dynamic, and motivated tennis instructor, who is also able to organize sports tournaments and engage guests in a professional and welcoming way. In addition to tennis, our team runs many other activities: football courses, archery, windsurfing, swimming and canoeing. We also manage the Happy Disco for children and the evening shows. It is considered an advantage if the candidate has skills in one or more of these activities.

What you bring

  • Qualified tennis instructor certification (essential)
  • Sporty and outgoing personality (essential)
  • Knowledge of Italian language (essential)
  • Knowledge of English language (essential)
  • EU citizenship or valid residence permit (essential)
  • Experience organizing sports tournaments (beneficial)
  • Skills in additional sports activities such as football, archery, windsurfing, swimming, or canoeing (advantageous)
  • Experience working with children and families (beneficial)
  • Entertainment or animation experience (advantageous)
  • Ability to engage guests in a professional and welcoming manner

What you do

  • Deliver engaging tennis lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels
  • Organize and manage sports tournaments, particularly tennis competitions
  • Engage with guests in a professional and welcoming manner throughout their stay
  • Support the multi-sport activity programme including football, archery, watersports (windsurfing, swimming, canoeing)
  • Assist with children's entertainment activities including Happy Disco for kids
  • Contribute to evening entertainment shows and social events
  • Maintain sports equipment and ensure playing areas are safe and well-prepared
  • Create a positive, energetic atmosphere that encourages guest participation
  • Work collaboratively with the animation team to deliver a comprehensive activity schedule
  • Adapt activities to different weather conditions and guest preferences
  • Promote activities and encourage guest involvement in the sports programme
