Job description

As an All-Around Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for ensuring that machines, production lines, and technical systems operate at peak performance. You will work alongside operators, engineers, and colleagues from the technical department to maintain the highest possible availability of our machinery.

As part of the maintenance team, you’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. Every day brings new technical challenges, making this an ideal role for technicians who enjoy solving problems and working hands-on.

What you bring

  • An MBO Level 3 or 4 qualification in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or an equivalent technical diploma
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Service Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or in a similar technical role 
  • The ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and work in a structured, safe manner 
  • Willingness to work shifts as required, including evening, night, or weekend shifts depending on the production schedule 
  • Functional English skills to communicate effectively with colleagues
  • A proactive mindset with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement

What you do

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines, technical installations, and industrial equipment
  • Diagnose and repair
  • Inspect machinery and identify potential technical issues before they lead to breakdowns 
  • Replace, adjust, and test machine components to ensure optimal performance 
  • Support the installation, commissioning, and modification of new equipment and production lines 
  • Work closely with operators, engineers, and fellow technicians to improve machine reliability and production efficiency 
  • Accurately record maintenance activities, breakdowns, and technical improvements in the maintenance system 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to optimize maintenance processes and equipment performance
