Job description

You will work as an operator in the Netherlands, rotating on a 5-shift, around-the-clock schedule. You'll be at the heart of a production line where precision counts: mixing raw materials, setting up molding machines so each product meets exact specifications and performing quality checks to make sure nothing wrong comes off the line. Tasks change depending on where you are assigned that week, keeping the work varied rather than monotonous.

The financial package is remarkably good for this type of position. On your basic hourly wage comes a shift bonus, accommodation is arranged at a reasonable price and a €1,500 loyalty bonus awaits after nine months of work. It is important that you get in for a minimum of 4 months and for those who want to stay longer there is a clear path to a permanent contract.

What you bring

An MBO3 diploma (technical field) or a recognized equivalent from your home country
Full availability for the shift system, including night and weekend shifts as part of the regular schedule
A minimum commitment of 4 months, big plus for candidates who want to stay longer
Affinance with technical work and machinery, whether through training or practical experience
A good command of English, enough to communicate clearly with your team and supervisors on the production floor
A reliable attitude and you take quality seriously

What you do

Swing as part of the production team in a shift pattern (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00)
Operating mixing machines where raw materials are combined into the desired semi-finished product according to specification
Accurately setting and adjusting molding machines so that each product comes off the line with the correct shape and size
Executing continuous quality checks during your shift, ensuring early detection of anything out of standard
Work at different workstations depending on where you are assigned, building broad knowledge of the production line
Collaborate closely with your team to maintain consistent output and meet production goals per shift
