  • Experience as an independent working chef or in a similar culinary position
  • Ability to work autonomously in kitchen operations
  • Creativity and passion for developing menus
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Flexibility to adapt to different kitchen environments
  • Team spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Unavailability for a minimum of 3 months

  • Preparing fresh and creative breakfast, lunch and dinner menus
  • Independent work in kitchen operations

  • Making sure food quality and presentation are consistent
  • Maintaining kitchen inventory and food orders
  • Maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards
  • Cooperating with wait staff to ensure excellent guest experience
