Job description
Imagine spending the summer at The Peligoni Club, a luxury barefoot beach club in the remote north of Zakynthos. As a Massage & Beauty Therapist, you will be part of a professional spa team within a relaxed, family-friendly setting where quality and wellness are key. Open from May to October 2026, the club offers a unique combination of high-quality wellness services and a Mediterranean island lifestyle.
Massage forms the core of this role: deep tissue and Swedish massage are mandatory skills. You will also deliver beauty treatments such as facials (preferably with Dermalogica), body scrubs, manicures, pedicures, waxing and tinting. You will work with international guests, tailoring treatments to individual needs and guarding high professional, hygienic and service-oriented standards within a luxurious yet informal environment.
This position is for qualified and experienced therapists with recognized certifications and demonstrable hands-on experience in spa or salon environments. What you bring
- Professional massage therapy qualifications (deep tissue & Swedish massage essential)
- Minimum 1 year of professional spa/salon experience required
- Proven experience delivering deep tissue massage treatments
- Strong Swedish massage technique and experience
- Beauty therapy qualifications and experience
- Dermalogica facial treatment experience strongly preferred
- Professional manicure and pedicure skills
- Waxing treatment experience and certification
- Tinting services experience (eyebrows and eyelashes)
- Body scrub and treatment delivery experience
- Comprehension of professional hygiene and sanitation protocols
- Excellent communication skills with international guests
- Professional attitude and welcoming presence
- Physical stamina for hands-on treatment work
- Flexibility with respect to scheduling and peak season demands
- Product knowledge and ability to make professional recommendations
- Team player attitude and collaborative approach
- English language skills advantageous
- Passion for wellness and helping guests relax
What you do
- Deliver deep tissue massage treatments to professional standards
- Provide Swedish massage services for guest relaxation
- Conduct Dermalogica facial treatments following brand protocols
- Deliver professional body scrubs and treatments
- Provide manicure services including nail shaping, cuticle care polish application
- Do pedicure treatments with exfoliation and nail care
- Deliver waxing services for various body areas
- Offer tinting services for eyebrows and eyelashes
- Consult with guests on treatments and skin care recommendations
- Maintain comprehensive hygiene and sanitation standards
- Manage spa booking schedules and client appointments
- Adhere to treatment room cleanliness and equipment sterilization
- Offer product recommendations and home care advice
- Collaborate with spa team for seamless surgeries
- Adhere to luxury service standards in barefoot beach club environment
