Job description

Welcoming guests and ensuring they are well-informed about everything is one of your many diverse responsibilities. You’ll help guests navigate TUI’s digital tools and services and serve as their first point of contact. Guests can come to you with questions, concerns, and problems. 

You’ll be working in a large, international team and will be active at various hotels and resorts. As a Hotel Representative, you’ll know all the ins and outs of the area and can offer guests fun excursions! What are you waiting for!? 🤩

What you bring

  • Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus
  • You must be at least 21 years old
  • Flexibility and adaptability are important
  • You have a driver’s license
  • You are a quick learner, have strong communication skills, and possess digital know-how
  • You enjoy spreading positivity and are a good team player

What you do

  • Monitor and celebrate your successes with regular guest feedback results
  • Assisting and guiding guests with digital self-service
  • Resolving issues during the first contact with guests
  • Offering TUI services and excursions
  • Maintaining contact with suppliers, colleagues, and guests at the destination
  • You are the first point of contact for guests

What you get

  • You will receive a net base salary of €825 to €980 per month + an additional commission of €400–500 gross per month with no upper limit.
