The campsite
Boutique Camping Nono Ban is a small-scale glamping on the island of Brač where peace, nature and hospitality come together. The days start quietly with fresh coffee and breakfast, while children play freely and parents enjoy the view and relaxed atmosphere. During the day, the site is calm; many guests head out to explore the island or cool off by the pool. In the afternoon there is a real Mediterranean siesta atmosphere and there is plenty of room to relax on the terrace, in the shade of the grove or in the vegetable garden.
After noon the campground comes alive again. New guests are welcomed personally and around the bar and outdoor kitchen beautiful encounters naturally arise. Regularly, pleasant evenings are organized, such as a barbecue, appetizers or wine tasting.
Nono Ban is not a standard campsite, but a warm, intimate place where simplicity, comfort and enjoying together are central, exactly as vacations are meant to be.
A working day at the campsite
You sleep in your own camper or caravan on the site. For that we provide a nice location with enough privacy. The alarm goes off around 07:00 and at 07:30 you open the reception so people can check out. Quietly brew a cup of coffee and spread a sandwich. The sun soon appears over the mountains. One of you makes a tour of the grounds and picks some weeds, straightens the lounge chairs by the pool and pulls a net through the water to fish out some bugs and leaves. Meanwhile, the other is planning for the day. Who checks out, who checks in? What work do we do at what time? Checking out can be done until 10:00, then the reception closes.
The campground is quieter now. The guests are out, new guests only check in from 16:00. That gives you time to clean up the sanitary building. Are there guests from the furnished tents checking out today? Then you should also take off the bedding and go through the tent with the vacuum cleaner. By 12:00 you may be done with these tasks, this depends a bit on how busy it is.
The afternoon is, quite in keeping with the rhythm of Southern Europeans, free. Now you have time to do some shopping or a quick trip up and down to the beach for a dip in the sea. At 4 p.m. the reception reopens and new guests can sign in. Campers may have arrived by now. If so, please stop by for a personal welcome. At 16:00 the bar also opens. Put on some relaxing music and chat with guests. At the reception we only sell simple things like drinks and ice cream. People can also book excursions there, which you need to process. You're here until 8 p.m. and then the bar closes. One more bucket of suds through the bathrooms and then your evening begins. You can cook for yourself or have a bite to eat in the restaurants in the area (very cheap and cozy).
