As a Chef de Partie, you are responsible for preparing and cooking dishes at your designated station, following recipes and presentation standards. You organize and manage your section, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth workflow during service. You check the quality, taste, and presentation of every dish before it leaves the kitchen, while working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver consistent menu items. You maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.

What you bring

  • Culinary arts degree or certificate from a vocational school
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Line Cook
  • Strong culinary skills and ability to manage a section independently
  • Leadership skills to supervise junior cooks or commis chefs
  • Good knowledge of HACCP and kitchen health & safety procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food quality
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
  • Team player attitude with good communication skills
  • Passion for Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
