As a Chef de Partie, you are responsible for preparing and cooking dishes at your designated station, following recipes and presentation standards. You organize and manage your section, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth workflow during service. You check the quality, taste, and presentation of every dish before it leaves the kitchen, while working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver consistent menu items. You maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
