In this role you are the first point of contact for our guests. You warmly welcome them, assist with inquiries, special requests, and complaints and provide personalized attention for VIP arrivals. You coordinate closely with other departments to ensure seamless service, follow up on guest feedback, and maintain the lobby and guest areas to meet our high standards.
